The North Clackamas Education Foundation (NCEF) was founded in 1992 to provide educational opportunities to students in the North Clackamas School District. The Foundation grew out of the belief that equity and fairness have a great impact on the education of our students, and that teachers deserve the community's support!
A tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, NCEF serves our school district through teacher grants, scholarships, gifts to after-school and pre-K programs, services for food-insecure students, and more.

We are so excited to announce that our 2026 Spring Educator Enrichment Grants have been awarded! We funded 19 projects in 13 schools for over $18,000. We could not have done this without your support.

NCEF awards Educator Enrichment Grants twice a year. We award grants for things like specialized curriculum, assemblies, art supplies, field trips, and so much more. Grants can serve classrooms or entire schools.

NCEF offers 14 unique scholarships to seniors graduating from the North Clackamas School District.
Some scholarships are for students pursuing certain career fields while others are open ended and acknowledge that students can be measured by more than their GPA.​​​

Most applications can be completed online with a NCSD log in. Applications are due April 3rd at midnight.
